Connectivity for remote estates and yachts.

You chose remote on purpose. The connectivity should match the property — invisible, reliable, and handled entirely. One point of contact, one prime contractor, everything coordinated: we handle the whole install.

Rocky coastal shoreline on Vancouver Island's working waterfront
Quiet water, working coast. Most estate work happens where the road ends.

Built for how you actually live there

A waterfront estate in the Discovery Islands or a yacht working Desolation Sound has the same requirement: enterprise-grade connectivity with zero visible effort. Video calls from the study, streaming in the guest cabins, security and monitoring running quietly in the background — all of it working, none of it your problem.

We operate as your prime contractor. One point of contact, one schedule — we coordinate the marine electricians, manage the install end to end, and hand over a system that works. Discretion is standard: no signage, no crews making a production of it, no details shared.

What we install

  • Starlink marine installs. In-motion and at-anchor satellite connectivity for yachts — professionally mounted, properly cabled, commissioned for the way you cruise. See marine Starlink, Starlink installation and our Starlink kits.
  • Estate-wide coverage. Main house, guest cabins, dock, outbuildings — point-to-point links tying the whole property into one continuous network. Walk from the house to the dock without dropping a call.
  • Backup power. When the grid doesn't reach the property, outages can't interrupt operations — or comfort. Battery backup sized to your loads, with panel-tied work done by licensed electricians. See home battery backup.
  • Remote monitoring. Property systems, security, environmental sensors — monitored and reachable from wherever you are, so the estate is watched when you're not there.
  • Remote-site power. For private-island properties and off-grid estates: full power infrastructure design — solar, battery banks, and backup generation coordinated as one system. See remote-site power.

How an engagement runs

It starts with a confidential site assessment — we survey the property, measure what's there, and design around how you use the place. Then we build: our crews and coordinated trades under one prime contract, managed to your schedule — including off-season windows when the property is empty. You get progress updates from one person, and a finished system with documentation your property manager can actually use.

Estate and yacht work travels the region: the Discovery Islands, Desolation Sound, the Southern Gulf Islands, and the Sunshine Coast — wherever remote was the point.

Field note — security is the quiet requirement

Nobody buys an estate system for the cameras — until they're three months away and the power's been out for a week. Then the only questions that matter are: are the cameras still recording, is the gate still locked, can I see the property from my phone. Backup power and backup connectivity answer all three. Your security gear, kept alive while you're gone — we don't install security systems, we make sure yours never goes dark.

"The best compliment we get on estate work is that nobody noticed we were there. The system's invisible, the crew's invisible — only the connectivity shows up."

Frequently asked questions

What makes this different from a regular home install?

Discretion and scale: low-profile mounts, hidden cable runs, equipment tucked into utility spaces so the property looks exactly as it did — just connected. One prime contractor, one schedule, confidential engagement, and we can work while you’re away through your property manager.

Can you work while we're away?

Preferably. Off-season installs are standard for estate work — coordinate through your property manager, and come back to a finished system.

Will the equipment be visible?

We design for discretion — low-profile mounts, hidden cable runs, equipment tucked into utility spaces. The property should look exactly as it did, just connected.

Do you handle the electrical work?

We prime-contract it. Panel-tied electrical work is done by hired licensed electricians under our coordination — stated plainly, permitted properly, no shortcuts.
